Brass “Anchor Yanker” Tool Kit allows you to drill into the top of the faulty brass anchor, tap the hole with threads, then use the cylinder, plate and bolt to easily lift it out of the deck. Just turn the bolt head with your wrench or socket, and it comes right out!
