The Hydropool® 8515048 is the factory-style wrap pillow used in Hydropool Self-Cleaning and Swim Spa models built after November 2015, and it also serves as a direct replacement for the earlier 8515017 pillow. At roughly 28 in. long, 4 in. wide, and 3 in. thick, it’s shaped to cushion the head and neck in larger lounge seats without blocking any jet streams.
The pillow is built from warm grey, spa-grade vinyl designed to hold up against UV exposure, spa chemicals, and everyday use, wrapped around a quick-drain foam core that sheds water quickly to cut down on trapped moisture and mildew. Rather than snapping onto posts, it slides into a molded tongue-and-groove channel in the spa shell and locks in place over the factory pillow clip (Hydropool part 2005100), so a proper fit depends on that clip being present and in good condition.
One pillow is included per order. Because Hydropool has changed pillow styles and mounting hardware across model years, confirm your spa was built after November 2015 and that you’re replacing a wrap-style pillow — not a tubular or waterfall style — before ordering. Routine care is simple: wipe with a mild, spa-safe cleaner and rinse; no removal is needed for regular cleaning.
