The Balboa 5.5 kW smart low-flow heater is designed to replace select Sundance & Jacuzzi hot tub heaters. This model is rated at 5.5kW and operates at 230V. It replaces existing 6500-310 (Sundance) and 6500-843 (Jacuzzi) heaters.

Important Information
- The 58336 is a direct replacement for older models including the THR-E2250-3314 and THR-C3314-1.
- Fits the following Jacuzzi hot tub models equipped with 6500-843 heater:
- J-400 (September 2015 – current)
- J-500 (2015 +)
- Fits the following Sundance hot tub models equipped with 6500-310 heater:
- 850 & 880 (2000 – current)
- The Hi-Limit probe is not included with the heater.
- Bullet style sensor that slides into the drywell at the bottom of the unit.
- If your heater was manufactured 2007 – current, you can reuse the sensor as it was silicone into place and easily removed.
- For customers with units manufactured prior to April of 2007, you will be required to purchase a new hi-limit (6600-144).
