Warranty Information
Select Bundled Products: Applies to purchases and qualified installation of a minimum of a pump and filter, and one or more of the following: heaters, heat pumps, control systems, automatic cleaners, lighting, salt chlorine generators, or UV sterilizers.
Note: Qualified Installer – A licensed professional who charges a fee for services and holds proper credentials such as a business license or contractor’s license. Examples include: Pool professionals, electricians, or general contractors.
Note: Bundled Products – Must be on the same invoice and installed at the same time. Ineligibility of one product disqualifies the whole bundle from extended warranty.
TradeGrade Products: Must be purchased from a retail store or service company to receive a 1-, 2-, or 3-year warranty. Online purchases only receive a 60-day limited warranty. View TradeGrade Product List.
Ecommerce (EC) Products: Products with EC- prefix bought from an Authorized Pentair Online Reseller receive a 1-year (parts only) warranty. Some exceptions include IntelliChlor cells and IntelliFlo SVRS pumps with 2-year parts-only warranty.
Labor Costs: Not covered outside of the US/Canada.
