The Sundance® 680™ Series MicroClean Mini Filter Cartridge Assembly (6541-460S) is the genuine OEM complete filter replacement for Sundance 680 Series spas built in 2023 and later — Ramona, McKinley, Peyton, Edison, Prado, and Alicia. This assembly includes both halves of the spa’s two-stage filtration system: the outer pleated cartridge (6473-249S) and the inner MicroClean disposable filter (6473-283S), so the entire system can be replaced in one step rather than ordering each piece separately.
Together, the two cartridges combine high-density spun-bond media with a pleated outer support structure to capture fine particles, oils, and debris and keep spa water clear. The assembly measures 14″ x 9″ x 9″ and weighs 5.2 lbs as shipped, and installs without tools — remove the old cartridges, drop in the new assembly, and restore power.
