Both cartridges are 75 sq ft with 216 pleats, both measure 7 by 14-3/4 inches, and both have a semi-circular handle on top. The difference is underneath: this C-7479 has a 2-inch male slip fitting, while the C-7375 has a 2-11/16 inch open bottom. Turn your old cartridge over before ordering — that one look settles it.
